Conservative Dentistry is the branch of Dentistry that aims at the treatment and restoration of dental caries, discoloured or fractured teeth to its full function in an aesthetically pleasing manner whereas Endodontics deals with management of pulp related dental pain andaddressing of pulpal and periapical diseases thereby enhancing the general health and welfare of the patient.
